We offer our clients a modern fully automated vacuum kiln dryer. In the construction and production programming (soft ware) we have employed the latest solutions applied in vacuum contact drying. The cubic drying chamber maximises the utilisation of the machine volume, the heating plates provide optimal heat transfer to the raw material and the hot water supply, vacuum and cooling systems minimise the drying time while preserving the high quality of the dried material.
We offer equipment of various designs and operating parameters, adjusted to the client’s needs. Apart from the few standard models to suit various volumes it is possible to provide equipment meeting clients’ specific requirements as well as to deliver an installation of large processing capacity composed of a number of machines.

The chamber of the dryer is made of steel in form of a cube. A batch-trolley is located inside the dryer chamber as well as a set of aluminium heating plates fed with hot water. A robust but handy door provides the chamber’s air- tightness.
The vacuum system consists of a vacuum pump, a liquid cooled condenser and a condensate tank. It makes a closed circuit, so that all the evaporated water (condensate) is collected in a tight tank. Including a condenser in the system allows a smaller vacuum pump to be used thus lowering the cost of drying. The vacuum pump and condenser require the use of cold water. A fan air cooler is used to provide this.
Heat is supplied to the material for drying through the contact with aluminium plates fed with hot water. The heating system is similar to a central heating system. We offer assemblies with own heat source or adapted for connection to the Client’s existing heating system.
Apart from the charging and discharging of the raw material no operational activities are required. Each control or process measurement is directed from the control panel of the operator or (optionally) from a remote computer (PC). All readings of the measurement system are made electronically and all operational activities are executed by actuators.
It is also possible to design and apply automatic programs adapted to suit the variety/type of raw material.
